Enterprise inspection apps charge $50–$90/user/month and lock essentials behind paywalls. ConstructProof gives you more — for a fraction of the price.

Why inspectors choose ConstructProof

Everything an inspector actually needs

Built by talking to real site inspectors — not product managers. Every feature solves a real on-site problem.

Photo evidence on every finding
Photograph a hazard the moment you find it, mark it up with arrows and text labels, and add per-photo notes. Reports print the image on the left with your notes beside it — no manual attaching later.
GPS location stamp
One tap captures your exact coordinates. Embedded on every PDF — proves you were physically on site at time of inspection. No other app on the market does this.
Digital signatures
Your inspector signature on every report you generate. Client signs off on handover directly in the app. Both signatures embed in the PDF.
Inspection timer
Automatically records when you started and finished each audit. Duration appears on the PDF — useful for billing and demonstrating thoroughness to clients.
Weather & site conditions
Log weather at time of inspection. Stamped on the report. Critical for outdoor safety audits where conditions directly affect legal defensibility.
Custom checklist items
Add your own items to any checklist — every site is different. Custom items work exactly like standard ones, including Pass/Fail/Photo, and appear in your PDF.
Before/After Photo Pro ADD-ON
Capture a "before" shot, align, then capture "after" on top — perfect paired comparison for demos to clients. Plus AI captions and client share links.

Six inspection modules

One app. Every type of site audit.

Each module generates its own professional PDF report, ready to send to your client, safety officer, or building control.

Early feedback

What inspectors are saying

The GPS stamp alone is worth it. I've had two disputes about whether I actually attended a site — now I have proof embedded on the report.
MR
Marcus R.
Senior Site Inspector, Florida
I used SiteAuditPro for two years and was paying $79 a month. ConstructProof does everything I actually use plus the weather log and hazard alert. Switched immediately.
ST
Sarah T.
Construction Manager, Texas
The handover packet with the client's signature embedded in the PDF is exactly what we needed. Clients see it and understand the project is properly documented.

Questions

Frequently asked

Does it work on my phone without installing an app?
Yes. ConstructProof runs in any mobile browser — Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android. Open the URL, tap "Add to Home Screen," and it sits on your phone like a native app. No App Store required, no download.
What happens to my data if I stop subscribing?
Your data never leaves your device on the Free or Pro plan — it's stored locally in your browser. Even if your subscription lapses, everything is still there. Export a JSON backup any time to keep a permanent copy.
Can I use it on site without internet?
Yes. ConstructProof is fully offline capable. Everything works without a connection — checklists, photos, signatures, PDF generation. The only feature requiring internet is GPS stamping (the device location service), which works even on Wi-Fi-only tablets in most areas.
How do photos work on desktop vs phone?
On phone and tablet: tapping the photo zone opens your camera directly. On desktop: tapping opens a file browser so you can upload photos transferred from your camera or phone. Both paths save photos to IndexedDB (browser storage) and embed them in PDFs.
Is my company name and logo on the PDFs?
Your company name and address appear on all PDF headers on the Pro plan. Custom logo support is included on the Business plan. Your inspector name, title, certification number, and drawn signature appear on every PDF from the moment you set up your Inspector Profile.
What is a "snag" — is this relevant in the US?
A "snag" is British/Australian construction industry terminology for what Americans call a punch list item — a defect, incomplete item, or problem found during a site inspection that needs to be fixed before handover. Same thing, different word. The module works identically either way.
Can multiple inspectors use the same account?
Pro supports up to 5 team members. Business supports unlimited. Each inspector sets up their own profile and signature. Full multi-device cloud sync (so different devices see the same data) is included in the Business plan.
What is Photo Pro?
Photo Pro is a $10/month add-on that stacks on any plan — Pro or Business. It gives you: a Before/After ghost-overlay camera (capture "before," align, then capture "after" on top for a perfect paired comparison), photo annotations, AI-generated photo captions, and view-only client share links you can send to clients with one tap.
Can I share my photos with clients without giving them an account?
Yes. Photo Pro's Client Share Links create a private, view-only gallery at a unique URL. Clients see exactly the Before/After pairs and annotated photos you choose — no account, no sign-up, no app install. You can revoke the link at any time.
