Yes. ConstructProof runs in any mobile browser — Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android. Open the URL, tap "Add to Home Screen," and it sits on your phone like a native app. No App Store required, no download.

What happens to my data if I stop subscribing?

Your data never leaves your device on the Free or Pro plan — it's stored locally in your browser. Even if your subscription lapses, everything is still there. Export a JSON backup any time to keep a permanent copy.

Can I use it on site without internet?

Yes. ConstructProof is fully offline capable. Everything works without a connection — checklists, photos, signatures, PDF generation. The only feature requiring internet is GPS stamping (the device location service), which works even on Wi-Fi-only tablets in most areas.

How do photos work on desktop vs phone?

On phone and tablet: tapping the photo zone opens your camera directly. On desktop: tapping opens a file browser so you can upload photos transferred from your camera or phone. Both paths save photos to IndexedDB (browser storage) and embed them in PDFs.

Is my company name and logo on the PDFs?

Your company name and address appear on all PDF headers on the Pro plan. Custom logo support is included on the Business plan. Your inspector name, title, certification number, and drawn signature appear on every PDF from the moment you set up your Inspector Profile.

What is a "snag" — is this relevant in the US?

A "snag" is British/Australian construction industry terminology for what Americans call a punch list item — a defect, incomplete item, or problem found during a site inspection that needs to be fixed before handover. Same thing, different word. The module works identically either way.

Can multiple inspectors use the same account?

Pro supports up to 5 team members. Business supports unlimited. Each inspector sets up their own profile and signature. Full multi-device cloud sync (so different devices see the same data) is included in the Business plan.
